Shanghai Dahua Construction Cost Consulting Co.,Ltd (established by reconstruction of former cost and consulting department of Dahua accountant's office) have grown a comprehensive consulting group with AAA credit, having first-class qualification of national construction cost consulting, first-class national qualification of real estate appraisal, first-class national qualification of construction bidding agency, first-class national qualification of government purchasing agent, judicial verification, construction consulting, agency bookkeeping and training after ten years' efforts and honest service.
Professor Shi Renjin works as Chairman, Professor Tang Yunwei as Senior Advisor, and Ms. Yang Taiying as Corporate Representative. |

Shanghai Da Hua cpa firm and Ernst & Young cpa firm merged to form Shanghai Ernst & Young Dahua CPA firm. The managing director is Prof. Tang Yunwei(the corporate executive of Dahua cpa firm and the former president of Shanghai University of Finance & Economics). |

Dahua Accountant's Office (former unit in charge is SHUFE ) grew into the biggest national accountant's office. Under the office established auditing, real estate appraisal and construction cost consulting. In Year 1991, Shanghai Dahua Accountant's Office was totally affiliated to SHUFE and Shanghai Accounting Society withdrew with professor Shi Renjin serving as incharge accountant; at the end of Year 1997, Dahua Accountant's Office was reconstructed with SHUFE and founded Dahua Accountant's Office Co.,Ltd with professor Shi Renjin serving as corporate representative. In Year 2001, professor Tang Yunwei worked as corporate representative and emerged several specialized department of real estate appraisal, training with practices covering the whole industry.
