I. Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the objectives and plans of all works within the scope of his / her responsibilities, and formulate, participate in or assist the upper level to implement relevant policies and systems;
2. To be responsible for the review of bidding documents and the issuance of quotations; to be responsible for the review of bidding documents, the review of bidding announcements and the review and audit of bidding documents and technical documents of foreign branches;
3. Be responsible for the follow-up and interpretation of policies and regulations and new technologies in the industry, and build a database of policies and regulations;
4. Be responsible for technical exchange within the industry, organize and participate in professional technical training within the company;
5. Be responsible for the design of technical scheme and compilation of business documents;
6. Update the company's database, verify the data, promote the ERP system and follow-up construction
7. Be responsible for the establishment and daily supervision of the branches in other places, as well as the overall planning and technical management of the branch system;
8. Participate in business negotiation, maintain customer relationship and assist in market development;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
II. Job requirements:
1. At least 5 years of professional working experience, bachelor degree or above;
2. Work experience with cost consulting company as second instance or above is preferred;
3. Be familiar with the laws, regulations and policies of the cost industry;
4. Senior professional title and cost industry qualification (such as cost engineer, consulting engineer, Bidding Engineer and other qualification certificates) are preferred;
5. Proficient in computer office automation software, with team spirit willing to work hard.
